- What payment methods do you accept?

- Where do you ship to?
We can ship worldwide. But we mainly ship to the US or Canada
- What shipping method do you use?
We use DHL express Shipping or USPS/Canada Post Standard Shipping.
- How much does shipping cost?
For Standard Shipping(2-4 weeks):
Orders up to $88.99 = $7.99 for Standard Shipping.
Standard Shipping is FREE on order over 859
For DHL/UPS express shipping(4-7 days):
Orders up to $32.99 = $17.99 for DHL/UPS express shipping
Orders of $33~$49.99 = $19.99 for DHL/UPS express shipping
Orders of $50~$74.99 = $22.99 for DHL/UPS express shipping
Orders of $75~$99.99 = $25.99 for DHL/UPS express shipping
Orders of $100+ = $29.99 for DHL/UPS express shipping
- How long does shipping take?
In our experience, DHL/UPS express shipping takes around 3-5 working days and USPS/Canada Post Standard Shipping usually takes between 8 and 12 days. Please note that this is in USPS/Canada Post's hands and it may be quicker, or longer depending on USPS.
- How long does dispatch take?
We try to ship as quickly as possible after receiving payment. In normal circumstances it takes between 1 and 5 business days to process an order.

3.Tracking
- Can I track my order?

- What if USPS/Canada Post said they've delivered my order but I can't find it?
We're sorry but all we can do is suggest you check with family/room mates /neighbors/building security etc. We cannot be held responsible for anything shipped in good faith and stated as delivered.

4.Size
- How is your size?
Our clothing and shoes tends to come up on the EU size. Our items are true to size and we suggest buying the size you normally wear.

5.Returns
- What should I do if I change my mind once I’ve received my purchase?
Please contact us at the email address below or by the Contact Us button on this website. We are happy to accept products back providing they are in their original packaging and unworn and undamaged. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs and that we must receive the product before we can refund you.
- What should I do if my purchase doesn’t fit?
Please contact us at the email address below or by the Contact Us button on this website. We do ask that you check measurements carefully before purchase so we will deal with this on a case by case basis. As noted in the listings, garments are measured by hand, so please allow for a possible small difference to the chart.
